Our department just completed a major strategic acquisition and redistribution program aimed at completely revamping the technological platform. This allows our radiation oncologists to choose from the widest range of technologies and techniques available in the country to treat cancer patients. And we go out of our way to push this technology to the highest standard of precision and safety. Our department is accredited by ACR/ASTRO and we follow all AAPM recommendations.
In fact, our physics faculty have contributed to many of the AAPM Task Group reports setting the norms of the highest standards in radiation oncology.
